💡 Last week, we embarked on an adventure in the Taking Initiative Workshop. Participants cut through the barriers, engaged in the level of critical thought that is outside the conventional sphere and sought to be impactful within the organization.

Changing the Politics of the Organization – A Major Win!
Our recent two-day workshop on, “Transforming Office Politics: From Politics to Possibilities; From Conflict to Collaboration” was a resounding success! People from different functions attended the program and the vibrancy was tremendous and so were the takeaways.
