New Manager Program

This 2-day “New Manager Program” is a transformative workshop designed to equip new managers with the skills and mindset needed to excel as a leader.

Over these two days, we will focus on three key areas essential for effective leadership: understanding what makes an effective manager, building trust within your team, and developing and motivating your team to achieve their full potential.

In the first part of our program, we will explore the core competencies that define successful managers, including communication, active listening, emotional intelligence (EQ), problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to influence others. These skills are foundational to the success of your new managers as a leader and will be key areas of focus throughout our time together.

Next, we will delve into the critical role of trust in leadership. The managers will learn how to delegate effectively and with purpose, empower the team members, and build and sustain trust within their team. This is the cornerstone of strong, cohesive teams, and mastering these skills will enable them to create a culture of trust and collaboration.

Finally, we will explore strategies for developing and motivating  teams. This includes performance management and accountability, developing the skills needed to manage and lead an effective team, and giving constructive feedback to help  team members grow and succeed. Additionally, they will learn how to support their  team members in achieving their career goals, fostering a culture of growth and development within the  team.

By the end of this program, the managers will have the tools, insights, and strategies needed to lead with impact, unleash their managerial potential, and drive exceptional results.
