Chris D’Souza, the CEO of the Australian Ultimate Training College, is the visionary Founder and driving force behind the Absolute Leadership program. With over three decades of experience, Chris has left a lasting impact on leaders globally, extending across diverse business sectors. Chris is a highly esteemed professional with a wealth of certifications and expertise.
Chris has contributed his talents in Singapore and Malaysia since 1990.
In 2001, Chris embarked on an intensive journey into Cognitive Neuroscience, honing in on the intricate neural connections within the brain. Chris dedicated himself to rigorous studies and research to unravel the complex relationship between cognitive activities and the neural circuits governing them. Through his meticulous investigations, Chris made a groundbreaking observation that neural pathways serve as the driving force behind distinctive patterns of behaviours.This revelation led him to recognise that neuroplasticity creates and formsdistinct patterns that profoundly impact everyone’s personal life and professional career. In his pursuit, Chris uncovered a fundamental truth: the consistent neural pathways formed in your brain serve as a blueprint for achieving success, prosperity, and happiness in every person’s personal and professional areas.
In 2012, Chris achieved accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and excelled in Family Law Mediation. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, Chris dedicated his efforts to working as an Operations Manager at The College of Climate Change before accepting the CEO role at AUTC.
Chris is a certified and accredited Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, further solidifying his expertise in training and development. Chris’s dedication to holistic well-being shines through his extensive qualifications, including Graduate Diplomas in Intra-focal Therapy, Vibrational Medicine, Qi-Gong, Meridian Psychotherapy, and Intuitive Energy Medicine.As a certified life coach and Qi-Gong practitioner, Chris combines a diverse skill set that seamlessly integrates traditional and professional approaches.
In addition to his remarkable credentials, Chris is an internationally acclaimed author known for seminal works like “Brain Types,” “The Missing Peace,” and “Absolute Leadership.”
