Building High Performing Teams

This one-day workshop is specially designed to strengthen inter-departmental relationships so that members from different departments can work more closely together for win- win organizational outcomes.

The participants will develop effective behaviors needed for group development through understanding self, understanding others and discovering the secret of what team effectiveness is all about.
