Introduction
This 1 day workshop enables you to apply the concept of “Colored Brain” Communication and “Emotional Drivers” to better understand yourself and others when you work together in a team.
“Colored Brain” Communication and Emotional Drivers are used in many companies throughout the world, and are validated and accredited by the American Institute of Business Psychology.
The Colored Brain concept dictates that each colored brain acts, reacts, analyses, problem solves and have different tendencies and preferences when making decisions. Everyone is also influenced by their unique emotional drivers. Hence, the understanding and application of “Colored Brain” technology and Emotional Drivers will help to become more tolerant and understanding when working with others; it helps in team bonding, team building and better team engagements and formations. It also helps employees to communicate better with people of different “colored” brains from themselves, and know how to build an environment of success for everyone.
